ULTIMATE CARE DEVOTIONAL⛪WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 2022💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦Today’s Theme: ⛪️ THEY SHALL NOT COME NEAR YOU.”A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee”Text: Psalm 91:7″MESSAGE🍎The picture in the opening scripture is how our enemies are subdued by God. They have been made to fall in their thousands at our side; they have been made not to prevail, and neither will they prevail. Our theme says, the enemy shall not come near you. Which you? The believer in Christ Jesus. The born again child of God, walking in the will of God. Why will the enemy not come near the true believer for evil? This is because, the true believer is surrounded by the chariot of fire of God, and the fire of God burns any evil thing coming against the child of God (Psalm 97:3) Jesus said, “the prince of this world cometh and hath nothing in me” (John 14: 30).Therefore, there is no need, as a child of God, to fear the enemy.Besides the devil and his cohort of darkness, anything that seeks to oppose or seek your downfall as a child of God is an enemy.All of these have been designed to fall flat before us and never to have control over us. Jesus Christ emphasized this in Luke 10:19, where he said our enemies have been perpetually placed under our feet for us to trample over them and that nothing would hurt us.“Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy; and nothing shall by any means hurt you” (Luke 10:19)Let this consciousness be in you, and you will overcome all doubts and opposition in your life. Dear beloved, do you have opposition in your life?How do you seek to overcome these?Remember our victory comes through our Lord Jesus Christ. “But thanks be to God who gives us the victory through our saviour Jesus Christ” (1 Corinthians 15:57).Beloved, you must align with Jesus for this victory. How can you align with Jesus? To align with Christ for your shield and defense, you must do the following, if you have not done them.You must be born again. John 3:5-6You must be filled with the Holy Spirit because any battle is spiritual. You must operate in the spiritual to rule the unseen forces. John 3:6You must have faith in God. 1 John 5:4You must constantly meditate on the word of God. Psalm 107:20.Get connected to a covenant which is in Christ Jesus. Covenant of Spiritual parenthood. Through the covenant of spiritual parenthood, you will get a hedge that shield you against evil cloud. Keep abiding in Christ, for he is your source and sustenance in every thing. Psalm 89: 28, 34-37, Psalm91:2If you do these, happy are you.PRAYERS♨️Heavenly Father, I thank you for a day like this.
