Ephesians 1:6.Amazing Grace is aligned with scriptures and powerfully declares the wonder of God’s Grace. The writer of the song “Amazing Grace” John Newton had a powerful testimony of coming to faith. The song was born out of his profound transformation from encountering the gospel and saving grace of God.John Newton wrote the song, Amazing Grace in the year, 1772. He was 47 years old when he wrote the song “Amazing Grace”. He was a sailor, touring the seas of African coast searching for slaves, capturing them and selling them for profits. He was a captain of slave ships, invested in the slave industry, was a slave owner. He eventually became an ordained minister and abolitionist in 1754. The story of John Newton’s perfect change came during a storm on the sea that could have led to the loss of him and his crew. According to history John Newton prayed during the fierce storm that God should save them, and they went on to survive the storm. This is the salvation story of John Newton. Each believer has a salvation that includes God’s grace.*EXCERPTS OF GOD’S AMAZING GRACETitus 2:11 – “the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men.”1 Peter 4:10 – “As everyone has received a gift, even so serve one another with it, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.”*The Amazing Grace is more than a sacrifice, a power, a mercy, a kindness, a virtue, an event, a gift, or a legal work. This point is made clear in Romans 8:15;” For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father”The sons of God are the once that are led by the spirit of God.To be led by the spirit, you must set your minds on the things of the spirit.5 “For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit6 “For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be” (Romans 8:5-7)The spirit of God is working in us and leading us to desire the will of God. I believe this work that God does in us is through the Holy Spirit. He leads us to will for and to work for His good pleasure as we work along with him. We are coworkers with the spirit in the construction project of building our lives to look more like Jesus Christ. He is working in our minds to transform them and renew them so we can discern what the will of the Lord is.If we set our minds to the things of the spirit, it will make a difference in our lives. We will live according to the spirit. Just as Paul says, we will walk in the spirit. If we are led by the spirit, we will desire to be fruitful, as described in Gal. 5:22;(22) “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, (23) Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law”And as Paul says in Romans 8:12-14, we will by the Spirit put to death the deeds of the flesh:12 “Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God”Are you being led by the spirit or by the flesh?I pray for you that the Spirit of God leads you and guides you into all the truth, in Jesus mighty name, Amen.PRAYERS🔑Heavenly Father, I thank you for your and protection in my life and family. I pray that you always lead me in the spirit to do your will in Jesus mighty name, Amen.Spirit of the living, guide me into all truth and help me to live for Jesus alone in Jesus mighty name, Amen.FURTHER BIBLE READINGROMANS 8: 1-15BIBLE READING PLAN FOR THE YEAR, 2022MORNING: JUDGES,15-16EVENING: JAMES, 4-5💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦Author: Pastor NseAbasi Harry💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦HAMMER WORD BIBLE CHURCH, ABAK, NIGERIA CARES ⛪

ULTIMATE CARE DEVOTIONAL🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 21, 2022🎁💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦TODAY’S THEME: ⛪THE GOD OF THE COVENANT“Although my house be not so with God; yet he hath made with me an everlasting covenant, ordered in all things, and sure: for this is all my salvation, and all my desire, although he make it not to grow.”TEXT: 2 Samuel 23:5 (KJV)MESSAGE📕A covenant is an agreement that brings about a relationship of commitment between God and his people; this covenant is sealed by the blood. In the new dispensation, the covenant that we have with God is sealed by the blood of Jesus Christ to give us the Holy Spirit of promise (Ephesians 1:13; 2:12);“In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise” (Ephesians 1:13);“That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world” (Ephesians 2:12)You begin having covenant with God once you are born again. No flesh can have covenant with a holy God. Once you are saved, you are into covenant with God through His son Jesus Christ, our Lord. As much as you remain holy and obedience to God, you remain in this covenant. As a child of God, once the trend of things in your life are not good. You can still enter into covenant with God to change every negative trend in your life, in your family, in your business and in your foundation. And this covenant must be mutual. For example, Hannah entered into covenant with God, because she was barren, in 1 Samuel 1:11, she vowed to the Lord, promised that if the Lord will give her a male child, she will in turn give the child to the Lord.” And she vowed a vow, and said, O Lord of hosts, if thou wilt indeed look on the affliction of thine handmaid, and remember me, and not forget thine handmaid, but wilt give unto thine handmaid a man child, then I will give him unto the Lord all the days of his life, and there shall no razor come upon his head”(1 Samuel 1:11).And the Lord answered Hannah and gave her a male child. And Hannah did as she promised by taking the Samuel back to God.(26)” And she said, Oh my lord, as thy soul liveth, my lord, I am the woman that stood by thee here, praying unto the Lord. (27) For this child I prayed; and the Lord hath given me my petition which I asked of him:(28) Therefore also I have lent him to the Lord; as long as he liveth he shall be lent to the Lord. And he worshipped the Lord there”By God’s covenant you are entitled to all the promises of God. The promises of God are found in the holy scriptures.Beloved, your duty is to search for the promises of God in the Holy Scriptures and remind God of His covenant with you regarding the fulfillment of the promises you have found (Proverbs 25:2); “It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter”Remember that some of the promises are conditional; so, look out also for the conditions and fulfill them, and God will visit you. Hallelujah! May you be blessed.PRAYERS🔑Heavenly Father, I bless and praise You for the supreme covenant You have with me through the blood of Your only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. Please lead me to find all Your promises in this covenant, guide me to fulfill any condition to them so that You can bring them to pass in my life in Jesus’ name. Amen!I decree that my going out today is blessed and secured in you in Jesus mighty name, Amen.FURTHER BIBLE READING1 SAMUEL 1BIBLE READING PLAN FOR THE YEAR, 2022.MORNING: JUDGES, 10-11EVENING: HEBREWS 13, JAMES 1💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦Author: Pastor NseAbasi Harry💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦HAMMER WORD BIBLE CHURCH, ABAK, NIGERIA CARES ⛪

ULTIMATE CARE DEVOTIONAL🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿FRIDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2022.🎁💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦TODAY’S THEME: SPEAK THE WORDS ALWAYS“For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him.”TEXT: John 3:34 (KJV)MESSAGE📕The Word of God plus the Spirit of God work countless miracles. The children of God have been sent as light and salt to the world (Matthew 5:13–16);(13) “Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.(14) Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.(15) Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.(16) Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven”The world cannot change until Christians do what is required of them.As the light of the world, we are expected to give light to those around us by doing and saying what Jesus did and the right things. By growing in relationship with Jesus every day, following him step by step, we partner with him in spreading the truth and the good news. John the beloved said in 1 John 1:5-7;(5)” This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.(6) If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:(7) But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin”Light cannot do anything other than what it is.Light is bright;Light dispels darknessLight enables people to see what they are doing.God is light, and since He sent His Holy Spirit to live inside believers, so are we. As His Ambassadors on earth, we are to shine even when we don’t know it.In the same sense, salt of the earth is used to describe good, honest, and humble people. Salt comes with a number of purposes;FlavouringSalt makes food taste better, either by adding flavour to something that would otherwise be bland (chips or fries), by enhancing flavours that are already there (vegetables), or by providing a contrast with a very different sort of taste.PreservingSalt was the ancient equivalent of refrigeration. If you wanted to stop meat or fish from decaying, you could rub in salt and make it edible for longer.Disciples of Jesus, in the same sense, are sent into the world to keep it from decay, preserving its goodness and preventing it from becoming corrupted or ruined, which is a helpful thing to bear in mind as we go to work with the Lord every day. Salt does not just savour. It saves.SacrificingMoses had this to say concerning sacrifice in Leviticus 2:13;” And every oblation of thy meat offering shalt thou season with salt; neither shalt thou suffer the salt of the covenant of thy God to be lacking from thy meat offering: with all thine offerings thou shalt offer salt”.Perhaps because it flavoured food and kept meat from going bad, salt was a necessary part of all of the Israelites’ sacrifices and even represented God’s covenant with them.Disciples are salt in this sense, too. Peter Leither once writes, “The world is an altar. Humanity and the world are to become a single great offering to God. As we offer ourselves in obedient, suffering self-sacrifice, we become the seasoning on a cosmic sacrifice that makes it well-pleasing to God”.Beloved, from our text, we are required to keep speaking the Word of God every day over our lives, families, churches, careers or jobs, nations, etc. Hear Apostle Paul as he spoke to the Romans brethren in Romans 10:8-9;(8) “But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;(9) That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved”Beloved, the Word of God created the universe; so, it is potent to change the world, and the Holy Spirit is available to enforce what we say (Genesis 1:1-2). Fellow brethren, turn your weeping, complaining, and idle talk into speaking the Word of God. The word is in thy mouth, keep speaking and keep rocking. It’s the hand that rocks the cradle that rules the world. Let every action of yours be governed by the Word of God, and you will have many testimonies to share. Hallelujah! You are blessed.PRAYERS🔑Heavenly Father, I thank You for teaching me how to use Your Word. Indeed, speaking Your Word over everything I possess gives the Holy Spirit the opportunity to change things to align with Your Word. I will keep declaring Your Word and celebrate You in order to keep embracing miracles in Jesus’ name. Amen! Empower me to keep speaking the word of faith, and confirm it with signs and wonders. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my hearts be acceptable in your sight O Lord my God and my redeemer, Amen.FUTHER BIBLE READINGPSALM19BIBLE READING PLAN FOR THE YEAR,2022MORNING: JOSHUA, 24-25EVENING: HEBREWS, 3-4💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦Author: Pastor NseAbasi Harry💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦HAMMER WORD BIBLE CHURCH, ABAK, NIGERIA CARES ⛪

ULTIMATE CARE DEVOTIONAL🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿MONDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2022🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁TODAY’S THEME: 🍎GOD’S THOUGHT ABOUT YOU“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”TEXT: Jeremiah 29:11 (KJV)MESSAGE📕A thought is an idea, plan, opinion, picture, etc., that is formed in your mind. The opening scripture reveals some of the nature of our heavenly Father: His omniscience and omnipotence. He is all-knowing and all-powerful; that is why He is the creator of the universe (Jeremiah 32:27).In Isaiah 55:8-9, the Bible says, (8) “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. (9) For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts”.And Psalm 139:17 tells us, “How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them”God’s thought towards us, are not for evil. They are full of expectation, hope, and peace. The Psalmist also wrote about God’s thoughts towards us in Psalm 115:12;“The Lord hath been mindful of us: he will bless us; he will bless the house of Israel; he will bless the house of Aaron”.And it is important to note that God speaks to us through His Holy Spirit and through dreams, visions and our thoughts. Additionally, God will use events and circumstances to speak with us. God will speak to us through His still, small voice inside our hearts, through His words (1 SAMUEL 3:21), through a sense of peace. More often than not, God uses the people He has placed in our lives to speak to us.Dear beloved, God’s thoughts about you are peace; He is doing all He can to give you a peaceful life, a good life, and a life that has a good end. From Isaiah 55:8-11, the Bible reads:8 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it”From the above message in Isaiah 55:8-11; there is an important difference between God’s thoughts and man’s thoughts. We must learn to recognize and respect the difference.God’s thoughts are higher, according to Isaiah 55:9. This description is meant to show us that the thoughts of God are infinitely superior in every way. We must count on him, depend on his words and the Holy Spirit for the thought of God to come to pass in our lives.Beloved, the question is, will you cooperate with God for his thought to be made manifest in your life.? Kindly follow Him and be obedient to Him through His Word and see Him fulfill all the dreams He has for you (Micah 6:8). Remember through all the challenges that you are going through, He is aware and will bring you to a glorious end, for you to have a song and a testimony. You are blessed.PRAYERS♨️Heavenly Father, I thank You for the good thoughts You have for me and my family. Indeed, Your thoughts or plans for me are for peace, progress and giving me an expected end. The Greek word translated “Author” in Hebrews 12:2 can also mean “Captain”, “Chief leader” or “Prince”. Acts 3:15 uses the same word: “And killed the Prince of Life, whom God hath raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses” (KJV), while the NIV and ESV use the word “author” instead of “Prince”.“And killed the Prince of life, whom God hath raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses” (ACTS 3:15)From this we can deduce that Christ is the originator of our faith in that He begins it, as well as the Captain and Prince of our faith. This indicates that Jesus controls our faith, steers it as Captain steers a ship, and presides over it and cares for it as a monarch presides over and cares for his people. The believer in Christ Jesus has a role model to look up to; this is not just a role model but a God model. Jesus is a good example; He never said anything without being the first to do it. When he said he love us he proved it by dying on the cross for us (John 3:16); “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life”, and when he said he was the resurrection and the life, he proved it by his resurrection from the dead (JOHN 11:25); “Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live”. He commences our faith and ends it: He was tested at all points and yet without sin (HEBREWS 4:15); “For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin”.He knows all our infirmities and is prepared to see us all the way through our faith walk with Him. Dear reader, do you need someone to depend upon? Look no further, look to Jesus Christ, the author and finisher of our faith. The Lord bless you for depending on Him and staying within the covenant in Jesus mighty name, Amen.PRAYERS🔑Heavenly Father, I thank you for my life and soul salvation. ULTIMATE CARE DEVOTIONAL🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿SATURDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2022🎁TODAY’S THEME:📕DOING GOOD“But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth”TEXT: Matthew 6:3 (KJV)MESSAGE🍎According to Acts10: 38; “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him”, we can state that, Doing Good is performing the assignment given to you according to the purpose or call of God in your life.As for Jesus, he was given the task of destroying the works of darkness and bring redemption to the human race (Colossians 1:13-14); (13) “Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: (14) In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins”. So, Jesus came, did good by teaching, healing, feeding, comforting and bringing deliverance to the people. Hallelujah!Beloved, It is a good thing to give alms, Jesus Christ said it is more blessed to give than to receive (ACTS 20:35); “I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive”Giving in secret is giving to God. If we give and announce it to the world, we are drawing attention to ourselves; and you will have no reward from God. However, when you give in secret you lend to God and God who sees in secret will reward you openly (MATTHEW 6: 4). The most high wants us to draw attention to Jesus Christ. In the kingdom of God, we praise others and allow others to praise us. Also, when we give alms, we should expect the blessing from God and not to expect the receivers to give in return. Let us learn to give alms the right way and we will receive abundant blessings from God. God bless you.BLESSINGS IN DOING GOOD👨‍👩‍👧We all know that God by His abundant grace rewards those who faithfully work for Him with the following:He gives them power to get wealth to provide for the needs of the other believers. Deuteronomy 8:18He gives them long lives. Psalm 91:16He provides healings for the body and soul.1 Peter 2:24He gives them heart of peace and peace. Philippians 4:6-7He provides comforts in afflictions. Psalm 119:50He gives them the rewards of inheritance, eternal life. Colossians3:23-25He takes away from sorrows from them. Proverbs 10:22May the Lord equip us to accomplish good works for the kingdom in Jesus mighty name, Amen.PRAYERS 🔑Heavenly Father, I thank you for your love and favour on me as a partaker of the heavenly blessings. I am grateful to learn the right way of giving and the blessings accompanying doing good. ULTIMATE CARE DEVOTIONAL🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2022🪐💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦TODAY’S THEME:⛪ BELIEVER’S SECURITY27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand.TEXT: JOHN 10:27-29MESSAGE🍎The true believer in Jesus Christ is forever kept safe from guilt and condemnation before God, not minding whatever he or she may encounter in life’s journey. To believe that our security is in the Lord is to trust that the Lord is able to protect us from all evil and calamity, and to preserve our relationship with him and our salvation forever.Security is the state of being secured, such as freedom from danger, freedom from fear and anxiety. Security also means safety, as well as the measures taken to be safe or protected. Security cultivates situational awareness and maintains balance. Awareness is an ongoing activity, and people want to do the right thing, so security guides a positive and proactive culture. What does the Bible say about Believer’s Security?Believer’s Security is the assurance the believer has in Christ Jesus that he who is standing firm in the faith and working by the Spirit of the Lord can rest in the certainty that they are kept by the power of the Lord and their eternal salvation is secured. But what does the Bible really say about the security of the believer? These are two proofs:A. The testimony of Jesus.During his earthly ministry, Jesus made several statements concerning the security of believers.(27) “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:(28) And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. (29) My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand” (John 10:27-29)“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life” (John 5:24)The two above assertions of Jesus Christ in John 10:27-29 and John 5:24, are clear proofs of believer’s security, if the believer continue to live in holiness and righteousness, because holiness and righteousness are the characters of Christ.B. The Seal of the Holy Ghost. The Father has graciously given the Holy Spirit to all believers as a pledge, or down payment of their future redemption.13 “In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that Holy Spirit of promise,14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory”With this Holy Ghost sealed, the believer’s security is certain, if the believer continues to live in holiness and righteousness, not that the Holy Spirit of Holiness.Beloved, the kind of security you have, determines the kind of protection you get. The security of the child of God is the most powerful and most potent of all securities in the world. You have all the help and protection you need; therefore, do not fear, but be conscious of what you have and use it. ULTIMATE CARE DEVOTIONAL⛪WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 30,2022🪐🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁TODAY’S THEME:BE AN OVERCOMER“Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life”TEXT: Revelation 2:10 (KJV)MESSAGE 🍎An Overcomer is a follower of Jesus Christ who successfully resist the power and temptation of the world’s system. The term overcomer is especially prominent in the Book of Revelation, where Jesus encourages His people to remain steadfast through trials (Revelations 2:26; Rev. 3:21). According to 1 John 5:4-5, an overcomer is anyone that is born of God or anyone who believes that Jesus is the Son of God. So being born again is the source of our overcoming darkness.4 “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?”From our text, Revelation 2:10; receiving the crown of life is a reward for putting your life at the disposal of Jesus Christ. Beloved, Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God and due to this nature, He is Omniscient. This means that He knows everything about your life, as in the case of Nathaniel (John 1:47–50);47 “Jesus saw Nathanael coming to him, and saith of him, Behold an Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile!48 Nathanael saith unto him, Whence knowest thou me? Jesus answered and said unto him, Before that Philip called thee, when thou wast under the fig tree, I saw thee.49 Nathanael answered and saith unto him, Rabbi, thou art the Son of God; thou art the King of Israel.50 Jesus answered and said unto him, Because I said unto thee, I saw thee under the fig tree, believest thou? thou shalt see greater things than these”He foretold the tribulation that the church of Smyrna would go through so that they could prepare their minds and hearts to overcome it, as recorded in Revelation 2: 8-10;8 “And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive;9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life”Dear beloved, our Lord knows whatever it is, you are going through; don’t murmur and complain during challenges or tribulations. Ask God to give you the grace to face your troubles, and you will be given the grace to overcome them (Hebrews 4:16). After you have overcome, you will receive the crown of life, and you will testify of the goodness of the Lord.Always bear in mind that the Christian life is not always cozy and rosy; that way, you can be patient in tribulation and be the winner at the end of the day (Acts 9:10–16). Hallelujah! May you be blessed!PRAYERS♨️Heavenly Father, I thank you for your care and love. Lord Jesus Christ, I bless and praise you for your Word. Indeed no one can be a true Christian without suffering for Your name’s sake. Please give me more grace to overcome tribulations and receive the crown of life to the glory of Your name. Amen!I commend today’s activities into thy hand, I ask for thy protection and care concerning my life and family in Jesus mighty name, Amen. Shower your blessings upon me and grant me peace, in Jesus mighty name, Amen.FURTHER BIBLE READINGREVELATION 2BIBLE READING PLAN FOR THE YEAR, 2022.MORNING: DEUTERONOMY, 28-29EVENING: PHILIPPIANS 4, COLOSSIANS 1.💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦Author: Pastor NseAbasi Harry💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦HAMMER WORD BIBLE CHURCH, ABAK, NIGERIA CARES ⛪

ULTIMATE CARE DEVOTIONAL⛪TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 29, 2022🪐💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦TODAY’S THEME: YOUR DESERVING HONOUR“If any man serves me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serves me, him will my Father honour”TEXT: John 12:26 (KJV)MESSAGE🍎Honour is defined as showing esteem for one deserving of respect, attention or obedience. Honour means to demonstrate high respect or great esteem for someone. By showing honour to someone, you are saying, they are great value in that person. When God honours any one, God bestows distinguished respect and dignity on the person. Life is worthless without divine honour. Human honour is most of the time political and sometimes hypocritical. The person you serve determines the kind of honor you will receive. There is one thing about the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ—they appreciate the work we do for them. Let us consider this case of a great woman, that anointed Jesus’ heads with ointment as He was in the house of Simon in Bethany (Mark 14:3–9);3 “And being in Bethany in the house of Simon the leper, as he sat at meat, there came a woman having an alabaster box of ointment of spikenard very precious; and she brake the box, and poured it on his head.4 And there were some that had indignation within themselves, and said, Why was this waste of the ointment made?5 For it might have been sold for more than three hundred pence, and have been given to the poor. And they murmured against her.6 And Jesus said, Let her alone; why trouble ye her? she hath wrought a good work on me.7 For ye have the poor with you always, and whensoever ye will ye may do them good: but me ye have not always.8 She hath done what she could: she is come aforehand to anoint my body to the burying.9 Verily I say unto you, wheresoever this gospel shall be preached throughout the whole world, this also that she hath done shall be spoken of for a memorial of her”Jesus appreciated her and recommended that her service should be a memorial for her in generations to come.God the Father and the Son are carefully watching everything we are doing on this earth. Never think that the service you are rendering to God is in vain. Your services to God shall speak for you one day. Your good deeds shall be a memorial for you in this life and in the life to come if you faint not.Beloved, Jesus Christ does not go back on His promise; He has said that any man who serves him and follows Him where He is, there that person will be, and His Father will honor him (Matthew 19: 27-29). This should encourage you to keep working and serving the Lord.27 “Then answered Peter and said unto him, Behold, we have forsaken all, and followed thee; what shall we have therefore?28 And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.29 And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name’s sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life”Beloved, you cannot say you serve Christ Jesus without following Him.Don’t give up, even if you are being mocked or persecuted for serving the Lord. One day the Lord will honour you, and those who mocked and persecuted you will bow at your feet. May you delight yourself in serving the Lord (Psalms 37:4). Hallelujah! God bless you real good.PRAYERS♨️Heavenly Father, I thank you for your love and protection over me and my family. Dear Lord Jesus Christ, thank you for teaching me how to receive true honor from the Father. Indeed, serving you and following you bring true honor to me and my generation. I am grateful. I apply your teaching to my life and teach others also, so that I can be honoured as well as my followers. Bless my going out today and bless my returning. Favour all my endeavours this day in Jesus mighty name, Amen.FURTHER BIBLE READINGMatthew 19BIBLE RADING PLAN FOR THE YEAR, 2022.MORNING: DEUTERONOMY, 26-27EVENING: PHILIPPIANS, 2-3💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦Author: Pastor NseAbasi Harry💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦HAMMER WORD BIBLE CHURCH, ABAK, AKWA IBOM STATE CARES ⛪
