This is because, Praise builds our courage.Courage believers will never stumble, because their faith is strongly rooted in Christ Jesus. In Acts 16:25-26,” Paul and Silas took courage prayed and sang praises to God, and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed”. We can see the benefits of Praise.Praise builds our faith on God’s promises and help to accelerate our requests from God. At times, the voice of God comes inform of trumpet sound. Apostle John said, “I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s Day, and heard behind me, a great voice, as of a trumpet”Praise puts our faith into action.The building of our faith pleases God; it excites God when we trust Him.Hebrews 11:6 “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him”.Praising God in the midst of our trials is like saying: “God you are my source of strength and though storms rise and winds howl, my trust is in you.” It is like keeping the kingdom of darkness silence.PRAISE brings the power of heaven to our help.Hear this in Psalm 18: 4-6; 4 The sorrows of death compassed me, and the floods of ungodly men made me afraid. 5 The sorrows of hell compassed me about: the snares of death prevented me. 6 In my distress I called upon the LORD, and cried unto my God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him, even into his ears.” May your cry this day send help to you from heaven in Jesus mighty name, Amen.TO WALK IN VICTORY YOU MUST GET YOUR EYES OFF ALL CIRCUMSTANCES OF LIFE and focus on God.In Matthew 14: 29-30, Peter got out of the boat. Peter focused on Christ not the storm. As his attention shifted he began to sink.29 “And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus. 30 But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me”.In John 5:1-8; the Bible talks about the LAME MAN AT THE POOL OF BETHESDA. Afterward Jesus returned to Jerusalem for one of the Jewish holy days. Inside the city, near the Sheep Gate, was the pool of Bethesda, with five covered porches. Crowds of sick people: blind, lame, or paralyzed, lay on the porches. One of the men lying there had been sick for thirty-eight years. When Jesus saw him and knew how long he had been ill, he asked him, “Would you like to get well?” “I can’t, sir,” the sick man said, “for I have no one to help me into the pool when the water is stirred up. While I am trying to get there, someone else always gets in ahead of me.” Jesus told him, “Stand up, pick up your sleeping mat, and walk!” Instantly, the man was healed! He rolled up the mat and began walking! But this miracle happened on the Sabbath day.With our God, all things are possible.
